Monique Navratil

Monique joined Direct Wealth as an Financial Planning Associate and is passionate about helping clients gain clarity and confidence in their financial decisions. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) from RMIT University and has a background spanning both banking and financial planning. Monique is committed to continually developing her expertise and delivering a high standard of client service.

Monique enjoys working closely with advisers and clients alike, helping to simplify complex financial matters and supporting clients on their journey towards achieving their financial goals. She believes quality financial advice should be practical, easy to understand and tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Outside of work, Monique enjoys spending time with her daughter, keeping active through gym and Pilates, baking, camping and horse riding. She also spends time in Western Queensland, where her partner works with cattle producers across the region. This connection has given her a genuine appreciation for the resilience, work ethic and strong family values that underpin many rural and regional communities.
