Michael Saunders

Michael has worked in financial services for over 25 years.

Michael started out in Sydney preparing tax returns, then did banking and mortgage broking work for many years. He eventually came to the realisation that in order to help a client with all aspects of their finances, that financial planning was the best way to go.

Michael spent a decade working directly with clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. He then moved to Brisbane and started doing more specialised technical and compliance work with financial planning practices.

Michael holds a Diploma of Financial Planning (DipFP) and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He holds a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and other specialist accreditations including SMSFs, margin lending and Compliance/RM courses.

Outside the office Michael plays pinball and likes spoiling his wife, and their cats and dog.
