Ben is an experienced financial services leader with over 20 years guiding high performing teams across advice, compliance, and quality assurance. Known for his calm, structured approach, he specialises in bringing clarity to complex environments and helping teams deliver consistently high-quality outcomes in highly regulated settings.

With a background spanning financial advice, largescale remediation, and operational leadership, Ben is recognised for uplifting capability, strengthening governance, and providing clear, practical coaching to advisers and leaders. His experience includes leading multilayered quality teams at Insignia Financial and Deloitte, where he oversaw technical reviews, drove continuous improvement, and shaped best practice standards.

Passionate about helping professionals grow, Ben focuses on creating environments where people feel supported, capable, and confident in delivering the right outcomes for clients, balancing strong regulatory understanding with a genuine commitment to customer experience.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys cheering on his son at his AFL games, taking family road trips across Australia, and enjoying relaxed walks with his wife Kristie and their Border Collie, Paddy. He’s also always in search of the perfect cup of coffee.
