Sean Henry

Head of Estate Planning

Sean is an estate planning lawyer and works closely with clients to guide them through all aspects of estate planning. His practice focuses on helping people make clear and confident decisions about their Wills, Powers of Attorney, superannuation arrangements, and broader personal planning matters. Sean understands that estate planning is something many people avoid because it requires confronting topics that are emotional, personal and sometimes difficult. His role is to make these conversations easier, to provide clarity where things feel overwhelming, and to ensure clients feel supported and understood from start to finish.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Laws from QUT and has dedicated his legal career to the estate planning field. He values a practical approach to advice and is known for explaining complex structures and legal concepts in language that clients can genuinely understand. He takes the time to listen, understand family dynamics and objectives, and offer guidance that is both thoughtful and grounded.

For Sean, the most rewarding part of this work is hearing client’s express relief once their plan is complete. Knowing that they can protect their family, reduce stress for loved ones and feel confident in their future is what drives his practice every day.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys supporting the Brisbane Broncos, playing golf and spending time with his wife, often watching movies together and unwinding from a busy week.
