Jen brings over 20 years of experience in the finance industry beginning her career in banking in a Customer Service role. Over the years she has built extensive experience across financial services, including the past 5 years specialising in Mortgage Broker Support.

As Broker Support at Direct Wealth Jen works closely with the lending team to ensure loan applications are well prepared and progress smoothly from submission through to settlement. Jen is committed to providing a seamless and supportive experience for clients throughout the lending process.
