With over 25 years in financial services, Michelle offers a wealth of expertise specialising in life insurance. She brings a unique “full-circle” perspective to the team, having worked across the insurance lifecycle in both frontline and back-office roles for insurers and financial advisers alike.

Michelle’s diverse background—spanning underwriting administration, implementation, and business analysis—makes her a natural at solving problems and creating efficiencies. Holding a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, she is driven by a passion for empowering others. Whether she is securing a fast resolution for a client or arming her colleagues with the right tools and knowledge, Michelle thrives on helping people succeed.

Outside of work, Michelle loves going to the movies, camping with her husband and friends, and spending time with her niece. She also enjoys letting her “inner nerd” out through games nights or speed puzzling, usually with a cocktail or two in hand to round out the weekend.
